Albalucent was established in 2012 by Sanjeet Bhachu to provide a commercially focussed and business oriented approach to product and service research and design across a variety of markets and sectors, with emphasis on the holistic end-to-end experience and incorporating behavioural economics and data analytics.

Sanjeet is a versatile and technically aware consultant. Gaining valuable business experience in Scotland before moving to London in 2006, he has worked with several high profile clients. His psychology background, business acumen and wide skillset enables a pragmatic, evidence-based and data-driven approach. He has a unique philosophy and approach to his work and has built his reputation on integrity and quality.
